James Said ensures that all payments are made in a safe and secure manner through the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

This system allows us to take credit card payment direct from your credit card. We can accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express using the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's Commweb system.

When you check out, you will notice that you are taken into a 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted secure area of our website.  You can see this by the web address changing to start with https:// and also you will notice a padlock symbol in your browser, usually near the address box.  When your payment is processed, your credit card details are transmitted to CommWeb in a secure 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted transaction.

James Said does not retain these credit card details.  When the payment is processed by CommWeb, James Said receives a set of codes indicating the success and failure of the transaction and we also receive the last 4 digits of the credit card as a reference.
